Kate

Kate Pratt has been a “theater kid” for as long as they can remember.  They grew up attending shows at Broadway Sacramento and at the Music Circus under the old tent, and even worked there for 5 summers. 

Kate first got involved in community theater (backstage) while attending Humboldt State University.  After receiving a BA in Theater Arts, they returned to the area and found themselves on stage for the first time. They have since acted, stage managed, designed, directed and run tech at several community theaters in the Sacramento area. 

Kate joined the SARTA board in 2015 and is now working on a graduate degree in Non-Profit Management from North Park University.
