Whether you’re starting out with no credits or ready to refine an existing resume, this workshop will guide you through the essentials of building a standout resume for both print and digital casting platforms.

Meet Sara

Sara Matsui-Colby is a local actor, voice-over artist, audiobook narrator, and director with over a decade of experience in the entertainment industry. She has a B.A. in Theatre Arts from Earlham College and is a member of AEA and SAG-AFTRA. Sara has worked with Stories on Stage Davis, the Vacancy Arts Collective, Theatre of Yugen in San Francisco, and the California Shakespeare Theater.

Her other credits include over 20 audiobooks on Audible, dubbing live-action shows for Netflix and Disney+, and working opposite Yutaka Takeuchi (Shogun, The Defenders) in the award-winning indie film East Side Sushi. In 2019, Sara started supporting actors in creating polished, standout marketing materials by launching ActorOneSheets.com.


Her design and marketing services have helped actors in Los Angeles, NYC and the UK present themselves in the best light with personalized, visually striking one-sheets, resumes, and other marketing tools.
